“We’re not just building tools. We’re building a new kind of platform — one that understands context through the construction lifecycle, and helps you make the right decision every step of the way.”

Mission

To help construction teams unlock the intelligence and economic opportunity inside every project.

Vision

To democratize preconstruction intelligence.

What we believe and how we build

Mission Icon

One connected record

Powered by preconstruction AI, every scope decision, flagged risk, and resolved conflict lives in one place, connected across disciplines, documents and projects, so your team never loses the thread, and every completed project makes the next one smarter.

Preconstruction-native

We don’t retrofit generic AI tools for preconstruction. As a true preconstruction platform, we bring intelligence directly into the workflows preconstruction teams already use, starting with the data they produce, in the formats they work in.

Built for the gap

The most expensive problems in preconstruction live between documents, disciplines and decisions, and finding the nearest match isn’t good enough. We build preconstruction intelligence that understands context and dependency, so your team works in the space where the real risk hides.

Accuracy and precision over speed

Almost correct isn’t good enough on a $300M project. We hold our AI intelligence to the same standard our customers hold their work.

Outcome-obsessed

A preconstruction knowledge graph means nothing if it doesn’t deliver results you can trust: fewer change orders, sharper bids, and protected margins.

Trusted by Industry Leaders

We partner with leading general contractors across North America, Europe, and the Middle East to field-test our construction intelligence models on live, complex builds.
