About NeuronFactory

NeuronFactory is building an AI-native platform for pre-construction for large-scale, multibillion dollar construction companies around the world. We help estimators, project managers, risk teams, lawyers, and the many other professionals working in pre-con analyze tenders, generate RFQs, compare supplier quotes, and create comprehensive project estimates - often transforming tedious multiday day manual processes into an intelligent, collaborative experience. We are able to do this by leveraging our proprietary Knowledge Graph (much more than just a semantic knowledge base) to provide critical context to our workflow enabling agents.

We're at an exciting inflection point: our traction is strong, and now we need to transform how our client’s teams collaborate on these complex workflows.

The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager who brings deep collaboration product expertise to complement our construction domain strength. You'll design and build the collaborative workspace where construction teams work together with our custom built AI Agents to manage preconstruction workflows.

You'll partner with product, eng, and sales to gather customer feedback, rethink workflows from first principles, and launch new experiences for our clients. Your focus: interaction research and UX thinking for collaborative workflows. Think "Notion for construction workflows" - that's what you're building.

This role is perfect for someone who has worked on products like Notion, Miro, Figma, or Coda and wants to apply that expertise to transform a multitrillion dollar industry globally. We value fast iteration cycles, being nimble, and flexible as we learn to provide tools and systems for our clients.
